Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions explain how SEOHarbi handles service requests, communication, payments, content, delivery, refunds, replacements, and website use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services or place an order.

SEOHarbi may update these terms when services, pricing, publisher rules, payment methods, or business processes change. The updated version will apply after publication on this page.

Services SEOHarbi provides

SEOHarbi offers guest posting, link insertions, niche edits, blogger outreach, content support, and off-page SEO placement support. We help clients find available websites by niche, DA, DR, traffic, category, spam score, price, turnaround time, and link type.

Our service does not mean we own every website listed in our sheet. Some placements depend on publisher availability, editorial rules, pricing changes, content approval, and live placement confirmation.

Order requirements

You must provide clear order details before SEOHarbi can process a placement request. This can include your target URL, anchor text, niche, preferred country, DA/DR range, traffic requirement, content topic, landing page type, and placement type.

A useful request may look like this:

“Hey, Team SEOHarbi. I need websites with 30+ DA/DR, and traffic must be 10k+ from the USA by Ahrefs or Semrush. Please share available options for guest posts or link insertions.”

Clear requirements reduce delays. Missing or unclear details may slow down confirmation, content approval, publisher communication, or final delivery.

Website metrics and availability

SEOHarbi may share website metrics such as DA, DR, estimated traffic, spam score, category, and price. These numbers usually come from third-party SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

Metrics can change at any time. Third-party tools also estimate data differently, so SEOHarbi does not guarantee that every metric will remain the same after the order is placed.

Website availability, pricing, turnaround time, and publisher rules can also change without notice. We confirm important details before moving forward whenever possible.

Content and anchor text rules

Clients must provide content that is original, readable, and suitable for the selected website. If SEOHarbi writes or edits content, the content must still follow publisher rules and campaign requirements.

Anchor text should fit naturally inside the content. Forced anchors, misleading claims, irrelevant links, or unsafe topics may be rejected by publishers or refused by SEOHarbi.

SEOHarbi may decline content related to illegal, misleading, harmful, or high-risk topics. Some publishers also reject categories such as gambling, adult, CBD, crypto, loans, essay writing, medical claims, or other sensitive niches. Approval depends on the website and publisher policy.

Delivery timelines

Turnaround time starts after order details, payment, content, and publisher confirmation are complete. If any item is missing, the delivery timeline may pause until the required detail is provided.

Estimated delivery can vary by publisher, content edits, weekend delays, holidays, response time, and editorial review. SEOHarbi will try to keep the client updated, but we do not guarantee exact publishing times unless a specific deadline is confirmed in writing.

Payments and order confirmation

Payment terms may vary by client, service type, publisher, and agreement. Some orders may require advance payment, while others may follow agreed reseller or agency terms.

An order is not confirmed until SEOHarbi accepts the request and payment terms are clear. Prices can change if the publisher changes rates, if the niche is sensitive, or if extra content/editing work is required.

Clients must make payments through approved methods only. SEOHarbi may pause or cancel an order if payment is delayed, incomplete, disputed, or sent through an unsupported method.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds depend on the order stage. If work has not started and the publisher has not been paid or contacted for a confirmed placement, SEOHarbi may allow cancellation.

Once content work, outreach, publisher booking, editorial review, or placement processing has started, refunds may not be available. If a publisher rejects a placement, SEOHarbi may offer an alternative website, revised content option, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Refund decisions depend on the actual work completed, publisher status, and client agreement.

Replacements and link issues

If a live link is removed shortly after publishing, SEOHarbi will review the issue and check the publisher’s policy, order terms, and removal reason. A replacement may be possible if the publisher caused the issue and the order included a replacement commitment.

Replacements may not apply if the client changed the target URL, used misleading content, requested risky anchors, violated publisher rules, or asked for a niche that the publisher later rejected.

SEOHarbi cannot guarantee lifetime link placement unless that term is clearly confirmed in writing.

Ranking and SEO results

SEOHarbi provides link placement support, not guaranteed rankings. Search results depend on many factors, including website quality, content depth, technical SEO, competition, internal linking, search intent, brand authority, and search engine updates.

Backlinks can support SEO, but no single placement can guarantee a specific ranking, traffic number, lead count, or revenue outcome.

Google Search Central’s spam policies warn against manipulative link practices and site reputation abuse. SEOHarbi aims to keep placements relevant, manual, and transparent, but every client remains responsible for their own SEO strategy and risk decisions.

Reseller and agency orders

SEOHarbi works with resellers and agencies that place orders for their own clients. If you are reselling SEOHarbi services, you are responsible for communicating accurate expectations to your buyer.

Do not promise guaranteed rankings, lifetime links, instant results, or fixed publisher approval unless SEOHarbi confirms those terms in writing.

Resellers should check site details, pricing, niche fit, and delivery terms before collecting payment from their own clients.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, legal content, working URLs, approved anchor text, and clear instructions. Clients must also review details before confirming an order.

SEOHarbi is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, wrong URLs, late payment, changed instructions, unavailable publishers, rejected topics, or client-side approval delays.

Website use

You may use the SEOHarbi website to learn about our services, contact our team, view available information, and request placement options. You may not misuse the website, attempt to access private systems, scrape restricted data, submit spam, or interfere with website performance.

SEOHarbi may restrict access if a user abuses forms, sends spam, attempts fraud, or violates these terms.

Third-party websites and tools

SEOHarbi may link to Google Sheets, publisher websites, social media pages, payment tools, form tools, analytics tools, or other third-party services. These services operate under their own terms and policies.

SEOHarbi is not responsible for third-party website downtime, tool errors, metric changes, policy changes, or external service decisions.

Limitation of liability

SEOHarbi will try to provide accurate information, clear communication, and reliable service delivery. Still, SEO work involves third-party publishers, search engines, external tools, and changing policies.

SEOHarbi is not liable for indirect losses, ranking drops, traffic changes, lost profits, publisher policy changes, search engine updates, or client-side business decisions connected to the use of our services.

Changes to services or pricing

SEOHarbi may change service details, prices, sheet access, available websites, delivery estimates, or order rules at any time. If a change affects an active order, we will try to explain the situation and offer a practical option where possible.
